3rd Party Avatar Access Requests (How to guide)

 

This process was designed so that users not using Telecare equipment can safely access Avatar. In most cases these users are Auditors who need limited access to one or more programs or a select set of clients. 

 

 

  1. Program Admin must submit a request for the user in this Smartsheet: 3rd party Avatar access requests .

  2. If user does not already have access, an approval request is sent to Quality. Currently, the approval request is sent to Suja Mathew and Tara Booth.

  3. If approved, the requestor is notified, and the 3rd Party Attestation document is automatically emailed to the user needing access via DocuSign.

  4. The requestor is notified if the user has not signed the attestation within a few days. If the user has signed the attestation, the BHIS team is notified to create the account.

  5. Once BHIS creates the account and sends the details to the user, they will mark the status as complete.

  6. The requestor is notified via email that the account has been created.
