Changing Client Program/Admission Date
An issue arose in San Mateo Data (Service Upload) where the Client in Telecare AVATAR had an incorrect program, from that of the County AVATAR. For eg - Client Kathleen, F was admitted to San Mateo Non-OA in Telecare AVATAR, but in San Mateo Older Adult program in County AVATAR.
To fix this,
In AVATAR use “Change Program/Admission Date” form and update the Program
or
In AVATAR use “Change Program/Admission Date” form and update the Admission Date
