Our out of the box product comes with only a dump file report. This is useful, but customers need a readable report for reviewing what was submitted/compiled. A simple report can be created to help them.

With this specific example in addition to the required Facility and FileID parameter the users are compiling based upon date of service. Data is also suppressed on the crystal report in the details to match the records compiled on the state form definitions.
