Avatar Update: Update to recently release Report – Client Chart Labels

Change Details:

We have updated the current Chart Label to include addition information.  Per Telecare HIM Leadership, this is the approved Client Chart label template:

The label report will print 30 labels per page and is compatible with the Avery 5160 Label Template.  Dimensions are 1” x 2-5/8”.

  To print this report,

  1. Open the Client Chart Label form in Avatar.

  1. Enter the Client’s Name

  1. Click Process

 Sample Client Chart Label Report

The image on the right is a sample of the Client Chart Label report. 

  1. Click the Print icon to print on a local printer.

 Be sure to have your labels in the printer before clicking Print.
