Program Assessment Schedule - how to add forms

This article goes over the steps to add a form to the Program Assessment Schedule form, specifically in the “Form Name” field on the Asessment Due Dates section (this is necessary for programs to add the form to their assessment schedule for review/audit purposes):

 Instructions

  1. User Role Definition - type or paste "zAssessmentScheduleList" into user role field (case sensitive)

  2. Add the form you need to show within Program Assessment Schedule to the role within "Select Forms for User Access" button

  3. Click "Submit"

Please leave the user role deactivated as this is intentional so the role does not show
