Document Routing to Approver/Supervisor.

Step-by-step guide

Document Routing

  1. Step1. Complete an Assessment/Form and hit Final > Submit.


  2. Step2. Accept and Route > Add Password
  3. Step3.  Click ‘Admitting Practitioner’ in the ‘Add Approver’ box, and the user is able to Submit the Approver 

  4. Step4 – OR – Click ‘Add Team’- Add. This user can be successfully Submit for user to be added as an Approver.

  5. Step5 – If user decides to add a User, by Searching in ‘Supervisor’ > Add > And user is added in the Approver List, but Submit is not enabled. Check image below. (In this use case a valid Supervisor for this User/Client is added- yet the Submit button is disabled)

  6. In short – User is able to Add a User to Approver list from the Search box, but unable to Submit. Only Add and Approver using the ‘Add Team’ or ‘Add Approver’
