"The Report Viewer program cannot be found"

Problem

This error message can occur when attempting to produce a report in Avatar. Most reports in Avatar, especially custom reports we have created internally, use an outside program called Crystal Reports Viewer in order to display the report and allow printing. If this program is not installed, you will see this error message. 

Solution

Help Desk has to install the Report Viewer program for you. You would want to e-mail the Help Desk at helpdesk@telecarecorp.com or call them at 800-930-5952 to open a ticket for this. Please make sure to provide the Help Desk with your IP address for faster service.
