Install Web Scanning Cloud Toolkit - scanning error
Problem
This error message can occur when users are attempting to scan documents into Avatar using a desktop scanner (it does not occur when uploading via document import), and looks like this:
Solution
The Perceptive Experience Web Scan installation needs to occur, and other installs may be necessary if not already present. Contact Help Desk at helpdesk@telecarecorp.com or 800-930-5952 for this.
