DW extract error fix - Null join

Problem

DW extract error-  cache returned a null join field Exception class java.sql.SQLException : cache returned a null join field

Solution

Send NTST a ticket. You also may need to do the following steps as a workaround

  1. Form within Avatar, 'Data Warehouse Transient Comparison Configuration'
  2. Mark Tables for Full Load Tab
  3. Add certain tables within that form to be fully loaded on the next run. Submit form
  4. Check on DW extract email/log the night, the errors should be gone
  5. Next extract after the full load will get set off the Incremental Data extract
