Lanes LA Portal Password Reset
This article will go over the steps to self-service on resetting a password for the Lanes LA Portal.
Instructions
From the Login screen at: https://prod.lanesportal.org/login
Click on the “Forgot Password?” link just below the Sign-In button
An e-mail from support@lanesla.org will drop into your e-mail, which may show the following (click on “Read the message” if so, and the e-mail may display in your browser):
Follow the link within the message:
The link will open to the Reset Password screen, where you can enter your new password:
Afterward, you will be sent back to the Lanes LA login screen where you can enter your new password. If further support is needed, fhirsupport@lanesla.org should be emailed.
