How to Change My Forms Links in the Forms & Data widget

This article goes over the steps involved in updating your My Forms section (i.e. Favorites) in your Forms & Data widget in Avatar, located on your Home View and other consoles. We’ll touch on both removing and adding links via the Edit Menu – alternative methods can be found at the bottom of this article:

Removing Links (via the Edit Menu)

1. Click on the “Edit” link in the top right corner of your Forms & Data widget

2. Highlight the form or report you’d like to remove (it will be green), then right-click your mouse to bring up a sub-menu, then click “Remove”

3. When finished, click “Save” at the bottom

Adding Links (via the Edit Menu)

1. Click on the “Edit” link in the top right corner of your Forms & Data widget

2. Click into the field and search for your desired form or report, and left-click when you’ve found it (note you do not have to search the exact name; the search will begin after you have typed 3 characters)

3. Once your selection is within the field, click the “Add Form” button to the right

4. The form will be added to your list, at the bottom; you can left-click/hold to drag the item around the menu to place it if you’d like

5. Click “Save”

Alternate Method of Adding Links

1. Add from within a form/report by clicking on the small icon shown below, located right under the “Submit” or “Process” buttons within forms/reports.

2. Drag and drop from the “Recent Forms” section by left-click+hold with your mouse, then dragging it up to the My Forms section and releasing the mouse button to drop.
