Problem

This article covers the steps to take when Internet Explorer or Google Chrome is displaying one of these messages when trying to reach the Avatar "Start" page. 

Solution

The first steps to take in this situation is to make certain the website is actually down. When contacting the Help Desk to report this, the following are questions that may be asked to determine if this is an issue with Avatar itself, or with the internet in general:

Is Avatar down?
  1. Is the website address correct? https://telecare.netsmartcloud.com/
  2. Are other websites like Google, Yahoo or other popular websites reachable?
  3. Are any other staff members having the same issue?

If the answer to those are all "yes," then please contact the Help Desk ASAP at 800-930-5952 or e-mail them at helpdesk@telecarecorp.com.
