How To Convert a WORD or EXCEL document to PDF format
Word and Excel have in-built features to convert a document to pdf. This feature works whether you have Word on your desktop or if you are using Word Online.
Instructions
If you have the Word desktop app, simply select File -> Save As.. and select the file type as PDF and then click save.
If you are using Word Online on your browser, then simply select File -> Save as.. -> Download as PDF
