Changing your Microsoft 360 Password on a BYOD Device

If you are using a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device/ personal computer and you received an email from Telecare to change your password.  Please use these instructions to help guide you.  You just update the Password prior to it expiring.

Instructions

Open your email in Microsoft Edge or other browser and look for your Account Icon in the upper-right-hand corner. It may have your Initials or a picture if you uploaded one. 

  1. Open your email in Microsoft Edge or other browser and look for your Account Icon in the upper-right-hand corner. It may have your Initials or a picture if you uploaded one.

  2. Click on the icon.

  3. Click on the View Account Link. This will open a new window with Microsoft Account options to choose from.

  4. Find the option “Password” and click on the CHANGE PASSWORD link.

  5. Confirm your Telecare Email Address is listed and then enter your OLD Password and your New Password twice.

  6. Click the Submit button to save your new password.

NOTE: As you continue to use other Microsoft app, your system may ask for your New Telecare password.
