Order Connect Access using Windows 11 Device on MS Edge (BYOD)

If you are using your own Windows 11 device (not a Telecare issued device), you must use your Edge browser to access OrderConnect as Windows 11 no longer supports Internet Explorer. Please follow the instructions below to set up Edge.

Instructions

  1. Start here:  Order Connect setup script.

  2. At the top left, click “Download”.  Your browser may complain about downloading the file, and you’ll need to “Keep” it.

3. Open your Downloads folder

5. You only need to run the downloaded file once, but you must use Microsoft Edge when using OrderConnect.
